Rhode Island: Visitors from: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon and Pennsylvania must self-quarantine for 14 days.
US arrival restrictions from other countries: The US is limiting inbound international flights to specific airports - 13 in total: Atlanta (ATL), Chicago (ORD), Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Detroit (DTW), Dulles (IAD), Los Angeles (LAX), Newark (EWR), New York (JFK), San Francisco (SFO), Seattle (SEA), Honolulu (HNL), Boston (BOS) and Miami (MIA).
Air travel guidelines that apply to New York only: Restrictions for travelers from the 19 states that were previously announced requiring a 14-day quarantine, will be required to fill out a form that includes the address of where they will be staying for the mandatory quarantine period -- under the penalty of fines or a mandatory supervised quarantine.
